That's how we cleared our infield in HS. Would be overgrown by spring, we would burn it off.

How would that cost 50k to fix? I have built a 15 acre pond 6 ft deep for 30k.
That should take maybe 2-3 dumptrucks of dirt hauled in at a cost of a few hundred bucks per load and a couple days on a small tractor. At most a 2-3k job

If you don’t have a turf field then just get a helicopter to come land in the field.

To hell with environmental crap, I still clean my ditches with diesel and a match.

More than likely related to contamination not the install of new dirt. You have to pay to take the catamninated dirt to a special site
