If this is actually true and not fake, I bet the guy has very little money in his bank despite making that much. If he's dating girls this shallow and giving them $10k a month, he's likely blowing it on other stupid things too.
Plastic surgeons are usually the more shallow type of doctor I've noticed, so if any doctor would be dating a girl like this I could see it being them, but that just doesn't sound like a plastic surgeon's wife.
