My best advice is to drive it in reverse to get back to where you were before.

Should you talk to the dealership/manufacturer about it. Perhaps they can fix it with correct documentation?

Have you researched to see if this issue has happened with any others?

This is terrible, but surely something can be done.

Good-luck.

I'd go on ahead and call the 1-800-law-suit number for the Jake Bones and partners law firm and let them "git you yore check", "No charge unless they collect", "Give it to Jake," Jake will jump on your suit", "Bones is Da'man", "If you can't come to him, he'll come to you", "Even Da judge don't mess with Jake". Offices in all 50 states, and Cozumel.

Vehicle’s electrical systems nowadays aree unbelievably sensitive.

They came to my house and picked it up yesterday. They left a 2020 encore GX. My wife said it sounds like a weedeater engine. It's 3 cylinders with a turbo. They parked it in my garage but I don't need it since I have two other cars.

They were on the horn with GM yesterday about it. The service manager said that GM will have to remote access the vehicle to look at it. RDP?

So you let the same dealership that drove your car cross country multiple times have it again?

Is it a digital odometer or an analog type?
Does it have a 6 Volt electrical system?

The last GM car sold in the US with an analog odometer was the '03 Pontiac Grand Prix.
