Summer suit check out the unsuit from J Crew.
I like Bonobos bc the way you can really dial in a perfect fit. Expensive but I’ve only bought on sale.
Spier and Mackay is great prices and quality online if you know your measurements.

What led you to bump a 3 year old thread with this?

Strongly recommend Harper Jones. Good quality suits and ties. Really reasonable prices for the quality.

Hugo Boss and Suitsupply.
Suitsupply has the best fabric on the market - same catalog as Nieman's. The guys who started it just vertically integrated the business to focus specifically on men's suits and high-end clothing.
Go in and spend $500 on a suit, but it'll be of the same quality as a $1300.

If you've ever wondered why the German military uniforms looked so sharp, wonder no more... They were made by Hugo Boss. He was a Nazi.

95% of the time the key to looking good in a suit has nothing to do with whether the suit is handmade in Italy or bought on sale from JOS Banks/Mens Warehouse.
1) Buy the correct size suit
2) Buy the correct style/cut of suit for your bodytype
3) Get it tailored, preferably from a local tailor you trust.
Follow this simple method and you will have no problem.

Can we talk about McLavy clothes (not including suits)?
I find some of their clothes very tacky/nerdy, especially a good amount of their LSU shirts. Not hating the store overall though.

Get your arse to an indochino. Get measured and then proceed to design your own custom suit. It's fantastic and for $400 you'll look like a goddamn stud*.

Bingo, which is why i like indochino. You can design every last detail of the suit and it's then custom made. And it's not expensive.

Carriages in Bocage, because if they can make Jordy and T-Bob look good, they can make anyone look good.

Suit Supply
This is the only answer, unless you are looking to drop $1,000+ on a custom suit

No shite, I went to the Goodwill store in Ridgeland, Ms today just for fun. I got 2 Joseph A Banks shirts, (pinpoint oxford) pressed shirts for $4.99 each. they were $50.00 shirts. I also got a suit from the Rogue in Jackson, Ms that I value at least at $300.00, (pinpoint navy) for $15.00. Out the door at $26.00. I'm not a baller, but I got my shite on the cheap.

went to Target this weekend.
i walked by the womens section where they had some big fat mannequins...and some normal sized mannequins.
i walked into the mens section...stopped for a second...and noticed ALL male mannequins were the same size.
this is a travesty that big arse dudes cant see what clothes would look like on them without trying them on.
fat guys are being discriminated against while the Hungry Hungry Hippo is literally being propped up on the three foot tall pedestal at Target.
anyways. get your stuff tailored because men have very few options when it comes to store bought cuts
