My SO asks me if I like nudes...ETA, pic in OP

My SO (no pics) asks me if I like nudes. Before answering I thought to myself, “Hell yea – I like her nude, I like other women nude, I fantasize about the cute TV weathergirls nude.” But, not knowing where this was headed, I simply answered, “I appreciate the nude female form.”
She replied, “Good, I like nudes too”.
Visions of an FFM threesome danced in my head, but these thoughts were quickly deflated when she said she would like to get a nude picture to hang in our bathroom and wanted to know if I would be all right with that.
I told her I could probably get a good naked picture of Jodi West or Katie Morgan in their primes, but again she threw cold water on my aspirations, saying she had some type of classical nude in mind.
No question here for the OT – I just want to vent my disappointment at the direction this conversation took. Thanks.
