"My Pillow" company gets an F by BBB.

No complaints from me. I think it's a great pillow. Can't comment about the company though.

I've been through a lot of pillows trying to find something I like, mostly memory foam pillows that weren't cheap. The My Pillow is one of only two pillows I've actually kept and used in the last bunch of years. All the rest get tossed. I'm very happy with mine.

The complaint is about buy one get one free, which violates BBB advertising code. The actual price becomes half of advertised price. You decide if its a shitty company, personally I think its a shitty BBB rule.

If you have dealt much at all with BBB, it's obvious their ratings mean nothing. No idea about the pillow though.
