If you asked a deep sea fish who never surfaces to hypothetically draw a picture of a boat.... the fish would likely draw a 2 dimensional version of what it perceives from below water.

It would likely be rectangular in shape but would not in any way resemble what we know of as a "boat". All they know is the concept of wet. They have no concept of the meaning of "dry". They are in their own world.

So close yet so far away.... they have no concept of the vastly superior species just miles away.

We are, in a sense, in totally different dimensions from these fish. We can access them, they can't access us.

What if that is our relationship with our superior beings. So close... but just out of our physical view. They can access us, but we can't access them.

Ufos and orbs my be distortions as a boat is distorted to an underwater fish.

yep, and if a fish is caught and released, does he go back and tell the other fish that he was kidnapped by some strange beings from outer space?...if so, do they believe him?...

That's a great query. Assuming intelligence, you could make the argument that top water fish such as trout and bass have knowledge of our existence with deep ocean fish are left in the dark.
