You have internet and probably cable TV and radio. Plenty to keep yourself entertained. Go for walk or a drive. Could also clean out your stuff and find things to donate to charity. Either way, stop whining. It's not that bad.

Yep my dad died one month after the Saints won the Super Bowl at the age of 57. Christmas has not been the same since.

Never the same without our patriarchs. Best thing to do is pick it like your father did. Christmas is never the same any year. Even though it seems like it. We're only fooled by the illusion of normalcy by a few years of steady comfort and love. Everyone moves on to the next place unfortunately.
