It’s pretty common now. I do think that something is lost when you see pictures and know most everything about someone before “meeting” them the first time. Will be interesting to see how much staying power those marriages have.

I just stay away from folks that share intimate pictures and i dont send any. Takes away anticipation and desire. Also means everyone else in town has seen it too.

Met my GF on Match
It's simply the easiest way to weed through a frick load of people and find someone generally interesting...or find a lot of people to bang. Either or. My GF I had no interest in a relationship but she was intriguing and made me work for months. I gave up 2 or 3 times during the process of "woeing" but I appreciate that she did make me going through the works to get her.

Getting married in 2 weeks and I met my fiancee on Bumble.
Not everyone on tinder, bumble, etc. is out looking for one night stands. Its just a lot easier to weed through the shitty ones this way.
My fiance ended up being best friends with one of my best friends wives and lived like 3 houses down from them. In 3 years of them living that close I had never met her and dont know that I ever would have.
Lot of insecurity in here.

Met my first wife at a club,BIG mistake that lasted a few years. Got tired of the bar scene and tried Eharmony, met my 2nd wife and we've been married nearly 10 years and have 3 boys.
