My friend kept his jet at the Hawthorne FBO which is owned partially by Dan Wolfe. He and Remington were friends and Remington had an office there. Dan Wolfe records aerial scenes in movies. He did all of the ariel scenes in a few Transformer movies so they were both in the movie business.

Remington tried to scam me and my friend. He wanted us to invest in a charter jet with him. He had already bought it but wanted us to take on some shares. It was allegedly once owned by Warren Buffet. We met with him a few times and my friends wife said he is going to scam yall. The further along we got, the more we knew she was correct so we never proceeded.
Here is the jet
It has changed hands a lot since then. This was around 2017 or 18.
He was also involved in a movie named Wish Dragon at the time and offered for us to invest in it as well. Then the stories about him being a cocaine dealer with ties to the Russian mob dropped and we knew we dodged a bullet.
Dude was a swindler and salesman.
One thing that bothered me was that he was supposed to be super wealthy but the dude drove an old H2 Hummer.

He had a poster of it in his office and bragged about how he copied Aladin's script. I asked him what he was going to do for a sequel and he said "is there an Aladin 2?"
If it makes you feel better, your money probably bought me a few nice dinners and a trip on the jet to Vegas while he was trying to lure us.

its a way to get out of paying the millionaire tax! if they had insurance they get a check boom sold no tax to be paid... they have the lot they can sell and its below the threshold $$ so it was intentional!

It’s not to much of a leap imo. This literally was a fire waiting to happen due to mismanagement of the area and being in a liberal area, the thought is the residents would “accept” climate change as the cause.
I’m not weather expert but it sounds like they knew the weather conditions would be ideal to sustain the fires if they were started. Pay a few shady people a few bucks to start fires in a few different places doesn’t seem that far fetched.

Hes exactly right, the blue haired activist lesbians appointed to run things in the building departments and coastal commissions dont have oceanside mansions. They hate those people because they are jealous and they will stonewall any attempts to rebuild along the coast until new people are voted in and they are fired.
