We’re still working on some numbers but nothing has turned up on that yet.

Sort of my thoughts as well. From a birds eye view, collectively his recent situation is:
~Involved in an accident of some sort that required a hospital visit
~Moved out of his home into a temporary situation with a friend
~Picked up a pay check from his employer and let the employer know not to expect him for a period of time
~Disappeared completely
Is that a pattern of spiraling circumstances? Just a bunch of unfortunate coincidence? I wish the police could be more proactive in assistant you Sampson. Best of luck.

He’s not in jail. The P.I. runs him through a system that would show him there amongst other activity as well.

Go to Hermosa Beach PD and ask to see the body cam footage from their interaction with him. May be able to get it via public records request being as there is not an active criminal investigation.

Yea that's the first thing they do. That's amateur hour stuff.
The South Bay is a very safe place so if anything bad happened to him it wasn't some random act. Someone he knows has information. I agree with calling numbers form his phone bill if you can get the call logs.

He was the bar manger/shift manager at a high end restaurant in Redondo Beach.

Did they check other hospitals and (sadly) the morgue? One of my brothers would disappear and first place we would call is jail then the morgue.

Yes that was the one thing that kept me hopeful while I was there is that A.) it was a nice area B.) it’s a tight-nit community.
I would hang a flyer and have 12 people asking me about him/saying they would be on the look out.

He was stationed there for 2 years. It’s where he met his wife (ex). She was from South Bay so they moved there from Baton Rouge.
