Usually I remember a dream I have when I wake up, but forget most of the details as the day goes on?

Here lately, my dreams pop up randomly throughout my day. I see something, and it sparks my subconscious to show a highlight of my dream. It happens so much that it is affecting how I function throughout the day.

Not sure how to make this stop.

Ive never heard of that before. Go see a specialist if it’s that much of a problem.

Sounds like some strange shite to me….I can’t remember the last time I could recollect any of my dreams.

Learn from it. Write it down. It’s trying to teach you something. At least your day is interesting.

Possibly not gettin' enough REM sleep. Light exercise (walking, etc.) helps. Drugs will make it worse.

It’s been fairly common throughout my life for me to remember dreams hours after I wake up.

Are you just remembering the dreams or actually seeing them?

Tangential topic:

In last 6-8 months or so, I’ve been able to fully control my dreams. When I’m in a normal dream, something will trigger my subconscious to realize this isn’t real, it’s just a dream.

Once I realize that, I can take over and do whatever I want. I usually climb a nearby wall and float around to prove it to myself. Then I can fly around and do whatever I want. Not like Superman flying but like floating around flying. I usually just spend the rest of my dream having sex.

No, I don’t do drugs to trigger this. It’s just wild new occurrence.

It’s a crazy experience that’s pretty much relatively new. It’s fun and all, but I wake up exhausted afterward.

Remembering, but it’s so vivid it’s almost as if I'm seeing it, it’s like I’m dreaming while I’m awake.

Jokes aside, deja vu in that manner actually is a sign of a brain tumor. I’d go get checked out just for peace of mind.

You're either taking too much or not enough drugs.
