It's 2019.
The rule clearly states that white people shall in no way, form, shape or manner pretend to or appear to be a black person. This means no white person shall act in a historically black role, nor shall any white person speak or behave in any traditionally black dialect or manner, or alter their appearance to be viewed as a black person, fictional or otherwise.
Furthermore, all historical instances of any of the aforementioned violations of this rule will themselves constitute a rule violation if not summarily deleted from existence immediately upon their discovery.
Any violation of this rule will be swiftly dealt with by the Soy Police and the penalty can range from social media ostracism to loss of job and blacklisting.
