Musk is also known to have significant insomnia. That’s why he ran sleep studies on himself. He doesn’t sleep much at all

Yeah, no doubt this is true. There is nothing wrong with playing video games, watching sports, or watching movies and TV, but if it’s done excessively than all you are doing is passing your life away and rendering it meaningless. If you want to be more than a cow masticating in a pasture then you must take yourself away from these banal pastimes and engage your fellow man in the public square.
It’s something most of us struggle with. I wish I was more successful at weaning myself from nonsense.

After over 2 decades of gaming, there's nothing that will put me to sleep quicker than playing a PC game in a cold dark room if I allow it. Diablo especially for some reason.

I can relate. I was once stressed ahead of a big meeting and payed Excitebike until 2:00 am
