Because real street gangs reach across state borders or even country borders when it comes to MS-13. Gangs like the Crips, Bloods, Gangster Disciples, Vice Lords, etc., have different chapters in several states that are organized. These are more like cliques in Baton Rouge. Smaller neighborhood groups that aren't well organized or that large either.

Very true. But that’s so aggravating. Of course people are traumatized and not thinking properly - but why do people always have to wait to be rescued. Do something!! That’s been bothering me since I watched the video. I understand two others were wounded - but to sit there and watch your brother die and only think of yourself is the whole reason you’re in that mess to begin with.
