Everybody just driving 80+ in the fog/smoke?
Easily.
Driving is the most dangerous thing 90% of the population will do in their life, but one they all take for granted as if nothing can happen.

Pretty much. I drive it daily. People either driving 90 or 45 this morning at 5:30am. Couldn't see at all, less than a tenth of a mile at times. I'll have a hell of a time getting home today, but thankful I passed through before this. Praying for the people involved

Drove home on 55 at 4 am and it was scary. It was clear all the way from Laplace to manchac, then a thick wall of fog right at manchac. If one person slowed too much or stopped, then every person behind them is screwed.

Always take the low road, just set the cruise on 70.
