I know, right? The statute says a $100 fine and up to 10 days in jail max. I'm shocked that they are even booking them. They're only doing it because of the publicity. With penalties like that, a misdemeanor summons is usually issued and that's a wrap.

Good lord, I guess they just let anybody into a fraternity now. Back in my day, all the frat boys were good looking. Maybe a handful of pudgy ones with money, but they at least dressed nice and had good hair.
