Your doing what a lot of people do when they graduate college in Louisiana. Leave! Good luck!
Now, you’re not really doing it right unless you got a Tops scholly to use the states funds, and then leave without any intention of giving back to a system that helped you basically abandon it.

Orlando sucks. Lives there four months and never wanted to go back.

I'm 22 years old and am moving to Orlando to start a job in July.
East Orlando would be next on the list. If you're a way more mature 22 year old and making a decent living check out Winter Park.
Highly unlikely but if you're doing the married with kids and settling down thing, head to Clermont.

You'll regret it - Orlando has grown too fast. Too much traffic. Move to Tampa.

Stay away from OBT (orange blossom trail, 441).
The cheapest but decent apartments are west of town, near the 192 and 27 intersection. Sarah's Place, Cagan's Crossing.
My first place was at Westwinds on Kirkman, right up from Universal but it's really expensive now.
You could try places in Kissimmee too. The drawback there is 192 has been under construction for like 100 years.
Do whatever you can to avoid I-4. Good luck!

Just remember if you buy a house there, remember to get the sinkhole or earthquake riders. You are literally living on top of a Swiss cheese slice, and you and/or your House can become the next hole in the cheese.

He didn’t say “Hey guys, I want to move to Florida, which part do you recommend?”
He has a job in Orlando. Living in Tampa will make for quite the commute.
