I know that Nola>Houston but where should a FAF Nola kid live in Houston? I've heard Midtown and Montrose. Any apartment or other neighborhood suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the response. Any specific bars or attractions I should be aware of in the area.

ehh...by who's standards.

Living in New Orleans versus visiting are 2 different animals.

In spite of the culture gap, Houston has jobs and a much better quality of life.

Exactly. It's too hard to visit for everything. Living in NOLA is so much easier.

When I used to go over there on a regular basis I stayed with a buddy on Westheimer and Kirby area. Seems like a pretty cool place for a younger guy. I am old and used to space. Wife loved it though. Close to everything.

The Aldine area is nice, and so is acres homes. I would highly suggest those areas.

I'm from LA been in Houston for two years. Midtown since Nov 2013. Depending on your OT baller level will depend where u live in midtown. I live in a condo near Blackfinn that is pretty nice but I pay a lot in rent. Bars to hit that are all easy walking distance that normally has strange.
Celtic
Pub
Dogwood
Drinkery
Gaslamp
Shot Bar
Keep moving to each till you find drunk pussy to take home. Repeat each wknd for best results.
