Denver is quite liberal, but a much better place to live than ANYWHERE IN LOUISIANA!

I wonder how many people leave Nola for Birmingham considering how B ham has really made strides the last 10 years or so while Nola is the opposite.

Mountains, mild winters and beach weekend trips sounds like an easy sell.

The beach is closer from NOLA than Birmingham.

If you can settle in the surrounding towns like Loveland, Fort Collins or Longmont you’d be stunned at the low level of crime.

When (not if) we leave NO we're leaving the state - not sure where but most likely TX or FL. If MS eliminates the state income tax that may be an option too. This coming from a 6th generation New Orleanian.
