That's the problem with that area now, traffic suck and infrastructure is behind the population. But that general area of MT is my dream spot. There is a Mennonite town about 45 out of town that I would buy if I was a Ted Turner baller

I love Montana. I fully intend to have a retirement home there. But I think I'd spend winters down south.

It's crazy how prices have shot up.

I spent some time there in college. A 2 BR apartment in downtown Bozeman was renting for $200/month.

Affordable housing in Bozeman probably still starts in the low $400Ks.
