Second. Congrats on being rich because Cali libs have sent prices through the roof there.
Where are you living? I would love Bozeman but don't have a million to drop on a 2k sqft house.

Bozeman. It is really expensive if you are trying to get something like south la. But they are building so much affordable housing so fast the market can't keep up. There is so much land here that they can build out and dont have to build on top of each other.

What part? Loved Whitefish when I was there, it seemed like a great small town to live in, but no chance I could handle the cold.

I'm contemplating doing the same. Covid turned job remote so I'm free to settle elsewhere. Took a trip to Bozeman/Yellowstone area and it's my favorite part of the country. Lived in cold places before and snow has never bothered me.
