Hiw about widening I12 between BR and Dehnam Springs. I drive from Mandeville to Baton Rouge every morning to work and it is a nightmare

It was already widened in 2013. I’m not sure another lane would make that much of a difference at this point.

I think the westbound on-ramp from Range should be extended to O'Neal lane - possibly on it's own feeder road bridge. Same thing from O'Neal back to Range.

I also think that a continuous "merge" lane between Sherwood and Airline Highway is required.

Here’s what you left out of the equation; Broome forecasted another 100 million dollars from the Feds for work on Federsl projects such as Airline Hwy. They will match a percentage of what we put up.

That will bring the total we have to spend to 1.1 Billion.

oh she will be, because her voters get out and elect her, while her opponents voters don't have time for that shite, and only complain because she was elected. It's going to get far worse believe me. It wouldn't surprise me if Gravy Chambers couldn't win a mayor's election in EBR.

If it gets far worse it is only the people against her’s fault. I guarantee half the people that complain on this board don’t vote and I’d be surprised if most are even registered.

It also doesn’t help that some of the candidates the Republican Party trots out are weak and then the party itself barely supports them yet expects the people to deliver for them. That comment is really towards the governors race. The two running probably don’t stand a chance.

Make fun of Gravy. But he is out there voting while you’re posting gifs of him.

On the contrary, while I’m at work that unemployed, fat tub of lard is occupying his mommas basement sleeping in till noon. I do agree, that voting is the catalyst for change.

Well my point is this.

When the City Council took the vote as to whether or not approve the new tax or try to recall it, Gravy and Helmut and all Chauna Banks constituents packed the chambers and spoke.

This very board had a thread with a link to live feed of the meeting and about 100 pages of people making fun of them and their antics. Fat gravy. Helmut giving her kids back. Chauna and her antics. This board laughed and laughed until Freiburg cast the deciding vote to give them the money.

Then it melted down.

And not one person in that chamber meeting stood up and said “I’m Breauxsif from the OT and I oppose this tax because_______.”

Until the other 82% of registered voters get out and actually speak their mind at the polls they can’t complain. I was part of the 18% that actually got out and voted against it. Maybe you did too. But 82% did not. I suspect a lot of that number post here.

Looks like Perkins road between Siegen and Picou will also be widened.

Hell yeah, will resolve my biggest BR traffic gripe. It's almost a parking lot on Perkins headed southeast in the afternoons because of that bottleneck
