Think about the section 8 neighborhood that mother lives in, everyone has an outstanding warrant. Not fair to judge him based on that, anyone would have likely hit the kid.

Driver wouldn't call cops just to get arrested on something unrelated to accident.

Why would he stay?

If you hit someone and they get up and run off, why stay? It ain't like the motherfricker is dead. I get staying I guess, but are the police just supposed to know that a wreck just happened and are on the way? No reason for the guy to go to jail for a 'hit and run' when the victim got up and left the scene (they did the hitting and running if anything ).

I guess the police win with someone going to jail (more $$$$$ for them).

So in your opinion it's ok to break a law to avoid being held accountable for other laws you've broken?

Dude you made up a story trying to convince us that maybe this guy didn't feel his car impacting a person.

Yet you omitted the guy hiding his car.

You didn't give us a chance to properly learn about or question your bullshite.

These are ridiculous charges IMO. He should get nothing. Nothing happened and he couldn't have prevented it.

Rule of thumb is, no matter how small the accident is you always call the cops. Even if she ran in front of a moving vehicle and then sprinted off, you still pull over call the cops and report it.

You can’t be involved in an accident, drive away, and just hope nothing ever comes of it. Always report an accident.

No he doesn't.

Male Lions rarely hunt. The lioness has to get dinner.

I saw a story on TV the other day of this and the grinning woman held her child while the child said “watch where you are going”. My first thought was “no... tell your mom to teach you not to run in traffic.” Or “mom... keep an eye on me in this highly populated area”. I could tell mom is one of those irresponsible individuals and all the mugshots reinforce that belief.

Dude stays, dude walks with no problem unless drunk or has warrants.

And IWHI! A wild woman like that is always fun for a rainy day.
