Incredibly sad, but it may be better for the kid in the long run. It's really hard for a child to grow up knowing their birth mom wanted nothing to do with them.
It's even harder you have to hear that directly from your mom via words and actions every single day of your life

Like OP said, probably fake. That being said, I’d imagine a lot of teenage moms have the exact same sentiment, and she would appear to be a teenage mom if it is real
