Drinking water from freshly melted glacial water is on my bucket list. I know all water has been recycled for billions of years but it seems badass to drink water that hasn't "moved" in thousands of years.

When in Iceland its one country that tells you "drink the water" the rivers are so clear it can be 20 feet deep and look like it's two feet deep.

It's nasty. Full of silt and possibly ice worms.

Glacial rivers are gray or aquamarine depending on silt content.
