In a planter outside the Omni in Atlanta after a Jimmy Buffet concert.....Tequila will do that.
My wife and I were going at it standing up in the water on Miami Beach one memorial day weekend years ago. In the second cut, about chest deep....I looked in both directions and there was a couple about every 75 yards doing exactly the same thing. Everytime we go to a beach since I point this out to her LOL. We thought we were doing something unusual but it is, apparently, about as common as sex in public gets.

In The Quad at USL in the fall of 1987 when I was a senior in high school and I was visiting my college girl friend.

On the balco y of a Cruise ship going down the MS River, about 1p at night. As we were doing it the River Pilot boat comes by and does the pilot transfer. I think they seen us.
