Denial. Everything is irrelevant when you just don't give a frick.
Honestly though...Oklahoma, Nebraska, or Kansas. I'll go with Kansas.

That's where i was kind of landing too. Oklahoma and nebraska were also considerations.
Oklahoma really contributes nothing and if it were to disappear, the incessant droning of their gd fight song would also go away.
Nebraska and Kansas can't be irrelevant because they produce so much of the nations and the world's food. That is the definition of relevant. Just because a state has a boring landscape doesn't mean it's irrelevant.
I would think it has to be North Dakota or New Hampshire. Unless they contribute something I'm unaware of.

Top 3 all time college football program and NBA franchise.
Has to be Mississippi and I love the place.

The aliens would go to the most irrelevant place to be as inconspicuous as possible.

Wrong. Mississippi's contributions to music to the world means it isn't close to being considered

Too many musicians, songwriters, actors and actresses to list. Deer, duck, and gator hunting are superlative, along with bass fishing and deep sea fishing.

Ar-Kansas, right? Nothing happens here.
NW Arkansas has things happening there that are better than anything La or Ms has to offer.

wat? Miss has many outdoor pros but bass fishing isnt one of them. outside of the coast, Ms has very poor public fishing opportunities compared to other states.

Lol that's completely retarded. MS has Bassmaster and Bass Angler tournaments around the state every year. Some of the best bass fishing here is in the numerous oxbow lakes along the river.

I love AR (for deer season); Missouri is the least relevant state. Even the best KC BBQ comes from the Kansas side...Mizoo has nothing...

You're completely retarded if you believe anyone thinks of MS when talking bass fishing. Of the southern states it is at the very bottom Of public fishing.
U need to get out more.

I live in Little Rock now, after living in Baton Rouge for 14 years. Their food may not be as good, but that’s why my dad taught me to cook like a Louisianan. However, it’s not a crime ridden shite hole with horrific, disgusting traffic. There’s actually more to do here with the beautiful (clean) lakes, “mountain” areas, great parks, and generally you find everyone doing something outdoors when the weather warms up a little. I don’t ever want to move back to Baton Rouge, or anywhere in Louisiana. Cost of living is obnoxious, horrible politicians who abuse the tax paying citizens, and I can get my doses of “culture” on a weekend visit.
Arkansas may be irrelevant but it’s a nicer place to live than LA. At least central & northern AR. Northwest AR is actually very beautiful and nice.
Also, I can’t believe I just took up for Arkansas. It’s still fun to pick on them but thought I would throw my worthless two cents out there.
ETA: The people in Arkansas are so, so friendly.

Arkansas is far better than Louisiana, Mississippi or Alabama.
