Every CFA I have passed in California has always had the standard line of cars around the block so if they hate it, they are doing a bad job of showing it

They're coffee snobs and environmentalists so it makes sense.
As someone else said it looks like it a fairly new app, and I would imagine all these answers are preloaded to choose from, which is how we get the last bite of a hot dog and corner brownies. These lists always cause an uproar (Like the one that has In-n-out as Texas' favorite fast food and Canes as California) so their marketing is working so far.
