I loved cadaver lab. I learned more in that than in the lecture.

There's nothing efficient about trying to learn anatomy by leafing through the stuck pages of a dirty netter.

Cadaver > Detailed 3-D Modeling > Computer Modeling/Illustrated Text (Grant's Anatomy, etc). Sounds like the latter is your best alternative, especially if you're doing desk-test prep.
