I am going with ants. The organization, teamwork and strength. We would all be fricked if they were human sized. The Queen, Drones, Workers and Soldier ants. Can you imagine a human sized leaf cutter ant, tearing off a 10' x 10' section of aluminum siding off and just walking away with it?
Who ya got?

Praying Mantis has my vote. Those front arms would be devastating.

Flea as mentioned above

If they were human size they could jump roughly 900 feet or so

I would agree with ants. Organized numbers makes up for any deficiency with a one vs one comparison.

Could you imagine human sized June bugs and their dumbasses bumping into every light source imaginable and plunging us back into darkness?

Dung Beetles would be amazingly strong if human sized with their exoskeleton providing protection.

Do venomous insects become exponentially more venomous in this scenario of size increase? If so some of those hornets could be an issue

Well, I saw that dragonfly thread. But ants may be right due to organization.

Bees?

Termites?

From ChatGPT

1. Praying Mantis
Why: Apex ambush predator. Its forelegs would impale you instantly, and it would start eating before you were dead.
Abilities: 180° head swivel, 3D vision, lightning reflexes.
Survival odds: 1/10 — you won’t even see it coming.

2.Giant Centipede (Scolopendra)
Why: Already hunts birds, bats, and small mammals. Human-sized, it would sprint at you, inject venom, and coil you in its legs.
Abilities: Lightning-fast, venomous, armored.
Survival odds: 2/10 — maybe if you’re in a tank.

3. Army Ants (as a swarm)
Why: Coordination is everything. Human-sized army ants would dismantle entire cities. Their jaws can slice through flesh and bone.
Abilities: Hive mind, endless numbers, unstoppable once moving.
Survival odds: 0/10 — you don’t fight, you just run.

don't know if the venom itself becomes more toxic, but I would imagine the volume of venom in each sting is increased proportionately to the size growth.

according to AI, it would take approximately 583,333 yellow jackets (at their current size) to roughly equal the size of an average human.

so 1 human sized yellow jacket would inject the rough equivalent of 583,333 normal sized yellow jacket stings.

also according to AI, it would take somewhere around 1,500 stings from yellow jackets to be fatal to a human without allergies to them.

but also imagine the size of that fricking stinger too!
