It just seems all my Nola friends are dating and marrying New Yorkers now. I guess they've been gentrified too

Ugh, those accents. Like paying top dollar to live uptown then it sounds like living on the westbank all the time.

But what do I know? I'm just a big city snob, apparently.

Oh no doubt. Your folks still have their place in the quarter?

Was sad to see the house go, it was a great place. But I'm glad they're out of there. Although I'll be singing a different tune when I'm looking for a place to stay for the National Championship.

Being played on my birthday. I've told Ms Zappa what I want.......she says I have to pay for it. Maybe I can meet a nice New York girl that will help me out.

Fortunately I have a friend (I know, shocker, I have a friend!) that lives there and already promised me a place to stay.

I'm 100% in favor of more STR in Orleans Parish because it brings blighted housing stock back into commerce.

But I thought diversity was our strength? Or does that only apply to white people?

Oh I already said I have a friend with a place. I was more making a joke. Not necessarily a good one.

Now if you have tickets to the game, I’m looking for 6.

shite man, I’ll be lucky to even get 2. I’ll get one but not expecting 2.

I have a house with 5 beds and sofas, and a condo that sleeps 5 so if anyone wants to trade a ticket or 2 let me know I’m willing to deal.
