Every once in a while I will find a mosquito or two hanging out in the toilet.
Are these little frickers swimming up the sewer pipes as larva and coming out the toilet, or they coming in my house and going straight to the toilet?
I don't have mosquitoes in my house except for the occasional one that flies in when the door is open, but I find them all the time in the toilet.

They have to go to the bathroom too.

What makes you think you’re so special?

Usually the baby snakes in your pipes will eat them. Maybe your snakes grew up and crawled out so now you’re noticing more mosquitoes.

I highly doubt they are making their way through the plumbing, almost guarantee it really.

They are flying in when doors are open or there's some other access and probably looking for a good breeding ground to lay eggs.

You know, the whole "Don't let standing water remain in containers to help discourage mosquito breeding".

This gives a whole new meaning to "having the flying shits."

Don’t miss, because they like to fly towards your crotch when they are disturbed. It’s not fun trying to keep track of a little mosquito while still half asleep in the middle of a piss.

Fact

I've had a bite or two on the mushroom head. Not a fun itch to scratch.
