part 1 - weeks leading up to surgery
part 2 - the surgery and hospital stay

tl;dr takeaway-
- holy shite they removed their balls at home without painkillers prior to getting hospital surgery? wtf?
- they claim they were mistreated at the hospital, sent home when they shouldn't have been, which caused damage to the neovagina, and were given a drug they had an allergic reaction to
- the internet trans community basically shunned them for posting anything about regretting the situation, and blamed the hospital for fricking up the surgery
- the hospital looked at the neovagina again and determined it was ok, but the internet trans people wouldn't accept that
- they received a lot of bullying online (no surprise) but did say the most supportive people of all who saw them as human and didn't use them for an agenda were the TERFs/detrans people
- they are still shunned by the trans community for being bad optics for the movement, they are homeless, they have no family to help them, they are as depressed and as lonely as ever, and a nerve healed wrong so they cannot penetrate the neovagina to do maintenance dilation or have sex with it without tremendous pain, and it is now filled with hairballs and still smells like shite
