She admits: "I have done this to myself. Food has always been an addiction for me."
Tearfully, she adds: "My addiction to it is killing me."
Despite being in her early 30s, Nikki still lives at home with her parents - who she claims enable her food addiction.

Someone probably has to do it for her, so next time you think you have it bad...
I feel bad for her but maybe she or someone who cares about her should have picked up on the trend 300 pounds ago (that's 21 stone 6 pounds).
