Moral War

Until the values and morals of people change, I fear there will be more of the same. Young people of all races believe they will become famous athletes, singers, rappers, etc. No one is willing to be or aiming to be middle class anymore. With limited options after exiting high school, it’s no wonder these young people gravitate toward liberal, progressive systems and play the victim card at every turn. The black community needs to accept some of the blame for these police killings. What happened to Floyd is horrible, and awful. Honestly it was hard to watch. He did initially resist arrest, though. That doesn’t get talked about.

If you’re not liberal when you’re young and stupid you don’t have a heart.
If you’re not conservative when you’re older and should know better you don’t have brain.
Or something like that

So now we have people questioning police officers every move. You can watch the blatant, absurdity of people surrounding officers screaming “what they do!???” Sometimes physically assaulting the officers.
This whole thing reeks of a post Bane Batman scenario justice.

Everyone's a liberal until the IRS starts knocking.

Most people these days don’t have morals, values, or go to church. That’s the real travesty/problem.

Just because I said a guy passing a fake $20 doesn't deserve to die in the gutter with a cop's knee in his neck doesn't mean that the riots, looting and property destruction are good. Jesus

It’s not a secret that there are crooked cops. Clearly there are, certainly not the majority. Just like in any profession, there will always be those “bleeding assholes”.
With that being known, I wouldn’t put myself in any situation where I gave a police officer a reason to become aggressive. What happened to Floyd was awful, but it happened because he resisted arrest, not because he was a black person.

If you use the term “ morals “ or “ values “ you will get hammered with downvotes on the OT. But if you accept that all of us have MORAL AGENCY as individuals and we choose instead to indulge our emotions in violence, vandalism and creating new victims, —-we have to ask ourselves how we got here. And yes, Progressivism is at the heart of that. We have about 25% to 30% of people in this age group who are IDEOLOGICALLY POSSESSED. And they express this rigid orthodoxy with a near-religious , self-indulgent certainty. It is essentially, a substitution for a religion or a coherent moral system.
