I mean, what’s the real difference between a feral dog and a wolf?

They are both probably dumb and trashy but the boyfriend’s response is exactly what I wish more people would say to the internet mob of keyboard twitter warriors about a lot of things.

Probably?

The boyfriend removed probably and left no room for doubt.

There’s no indication that it was a feral dog.

Boyfriend sounds smart… and employable.

Plot twist. He’s all upset because he was the one taking the pictures and he didn’t know it was a domestic dog either.

As the owner of a husky, this literally makes me sick. He’s the best, most gentle dog ever. Humans domesticated dogs to be companions, to turn around and treat them like shite. If you can’t be a knowledgeable, responsible hunter, you need to get the frick out of the woods.
That husky was roaming the woods as a wild animal, likely killing other wildlife.

I mean it was only one deviation from a wolf really at this point.

Meanwhile, Rose reacted to the condemnation by admitting her mistake — but insisted she shot the animal in self-defense.

“I purchased my wolf tag prior to leaving for a bear hunt in the event I ran into a wolf in which I came to en [sic] encounter with what I thought could be a hybrid during this time my safety was top priority this animal was growling howling and coming at me like it was going to eat me,” she wrote on Facebook.

So proud hunter backpedals under pressure and claims to have shot out of fear for her life.

The boyfriend did a great job of de-escalating the situation. Textbook.

Mistakes like this should never happen, but I feel for her because of all the social media bullies. They are going to try and absolutely destroy that family’s life.

I mean, I don’t fault her because I don’t know much about hunting wolves…

Butttttt

She set out to get attention on social media by posting that, and she got it, just not the attention she was craving

The dogs were driven way out and abandoned you idiot. They were domesticated animals that weren’t a harm to anyone.

Yes I made a mistake because I did think it was a hybrid wolf pup,” she wrote, adding that she was unaware of several dogs “being dropped 11 miles into the wilderness.”

She wanted the attention on social media. She received attention on social media. She wanted to show how much a bad arse she is.

Really don’t blame her at all for shooting the dog. A wild dog in the woods is mean as shite and a husky does look enough like a wolf

But not realizing after it is dead and then skinning the damn thing? Come on
