Monroe police looking for missing teen who might be in Texas or Mississippi

They are looking for 17-year-old Kira Anne Savage. Police say she is a runaway who might be in the Vicksburg, Mississippi area or somewhere in Texas.
Monroe police say Savage is known to frequent the south and east sides of Monroe. She was last seen on December 30th, 2018. Police say she called a friend and was given a ride to Vicksburg. They say her last known location was an apartment on Culkin Street. Police believe it's possible that Savage went to Texas after being in Vicksburg.

Having delivered for dominoes for a couple months while at ulm I can confirm that it is not a desirable area to be.

Southside is culcha and crime and some of the worst parts of any city you will ever see.
East is sort of a mix of rednecks and trash and some good people. Sort of a hodgepodge of culcha and inbreeding and methheads. Schwartz area and Lakeshore...almost a carbon copy of what southern Arkansas is. But again, some good folks live there just to be away from Monroe city.
