So what is your opinion of the mother in this story?

If the news story as presented, is 100 % true, then the mother needs some serious help and intervention by the state is needed in order to ensure the child is in a safe environment.

In my opinion, children who are this young, who know that they are the wrong gender, are very rare.

Yeah I don’t know either. Agree the 8/3/18 order and TRO seem reasonable enough as far as the Court trying to find out what’s going on, assuming you think the court should entertain the “Luna” Tran stuff at all. I didn’t see any mention of chemical transitioning or anything.

Also noteworthy that the court’s earlier (pre-Luna) ruling during the divorce scorched the father pretty significantly finding he lied about all kinds of stuff before and during the marriage, some of which seems irrelevant but some showing a lot of crazy on him (eg, discharged from Army for Admission of Homosexuality, states he lied about it to get out; lies about his job as a Professor and other employment stuff). So just saying he’s got some stuff going on too.

Regardless the mom’s an abusive psycho for even having a situation occur where a 6 year old son thinks he’s a girl and dresses likewise creating a fake “girl” name and identity at school. No chance a child came up with all that on his own.

I mean, if your 6 yr old comes up and says “I think I’m a girl”, I think it’s reasonable to say “let’s hold off on dresses and blouses in public for a while and see how things go”, rather than creating a full-blown public alternate-gender persona. Many/most kids that age aren’t really very gender pronounced anyway.

Again, she's in the worst possible profession to be doing this. Hopefully someone is outside that office handing out articles about this evil twat.

This is what I hate about custody cases. It seems so much of the time it isn't about what is good for the kids. It's a fight over someone 'winning'.

You know who won in my custody case? Our child. He gets to see his father 50% of the time and his mother 50% of the time. It wasn't about winning or who gets child support. It was what is best for the child.

They don't. Similar to a person can't feel like a dog because they have no frame of reference. Transgender surgery and hormone injections do not "transition" a person into the opposite sex. The surgery itself is an irreversible mutilation of the body into appearing like the opposite sex (at best). It is nothing more than placating someone's psychological disorder, rather than addressing the disorder itself. No different than giving a gastric bypass to someone with anorexia. Not surprisingly "transitioning" does nothing to fix the rates of suicide and the other comorbid issues. I'm fine if an adult wants to cuts off their penis; I think its medically irresponsible to perform that surgery but thats a different conversation. Pushing an impressionable child who may have mental health problems into undergoing that process is so far beyond unethical it becomes an act of evil.
