how did I know this was culcha before ever clicking the thread?
Besides the obvious...the World Star link was a bit of a giveaway.

Kid’s quite articulate for his age isn’t he. Culcha.

My child didn't know those words at that age.
Future is non-existent for that child unfortunately.

If you’re paying with EBT I’d be 100% okay with giving away free condoms. Likely solve issues like this one.

Y’all at it early this morning, I see.

Because the only way to discipline a child is to hit it.

Clearly no fear in that one, which usually means there isn't a father figure in the kid's life. Sad, really.
Because I'm sure that kid has a great father with great values and if in the home would raise the child properly through his wonderful example.
Jackass fathers aren't good fathers if they are in the home or in someone else home. This belief that if the dysfunctional fathers were at home things would be better is asinine.

A parrot can be trained to repeat what it hears by being told the same thing repetitively.

Everyone else’s fault. We will be supporting that one for life in the system

I'm torn on this one. The kid does seem to exhibit some verbal and physical tics which would lead me to think the kid either has Tourette's or is on the spectrum.

For infrastructure and better schools.....yes.
That’s how it’s done. The money fairy doesnt wave a wand over roads and they magically get improved.
That’s why when you move to the areas throughout Texas where schools are good, you’re willing to pay higher taxes.
LA is fricked because the go-to excuse of bad politics to shite can gas taxes will forever doom them. Enjoy your shitty infrastructure.

That is going to be in a public school in a few years. Maybe. What a classroom that will be.

That’s what happens with no discipline.
Kids need to learn that bad things happen when they act like little shitstains.
And you know that family is pure trash. We need mass sterilizations in this country. Only way to save people from themselves

Being on some fricking “spectrum” doesn’t give you a Carte Blanche excuse to be a worthless little shite that destroys everyone else’s stuff.
Back in the day kids like this would be left in the wilderness.
Want to act like an animal, live like an animal.

That situation in the OP is worse than no discipline. Even poorly disciplined children that age don't act like that. That child is actively being taught anti-social behavior that will make him never have a functioning place in society, barring extreme changes. That child probably sees and hears things that no child should, and I would almost expect some kind of abuse, either active or just simple neglect. The kid is acting out for a reason.
