Vaccines either prevent infection, or reduce the severity and length of infection. Vaccines have basically zero side-effects. Kids spread disease within a population more effectively than any other demographic. By vaccinating children, you drastically reduce transmission.
Just remember, all Herman Cain Awards are self-nominations, and all are awarded posthumously.

There is no risk/benefit analysis that would suggest that a healthy child with little to no serious risk from Covid should subject themselves to the potential side effects of a vaccine whose efficacy is questionable at best.

I’m one of the few on this board that doesn’t have an imaginary friend, or think DT is anything other than a blatant conman, or think the entire medical establishment is in on a conspiracy.

Hopefully with COVID becoming irrelevant to most of the American populace, the social cache of sticking an unnecessary vaccine into small children is lessened.
But I fear that among the cultists, which is probably the contingent that would consider this anyway (I don't think most vaxxed people would), this will still be en vogue.
