I’ve seen police videos of La Crosse.

Would never want anyone to alone there.

Chucktown_Badger is confused. Why you not want anyone alone there?

Very familiar with LaCrosse. City Brewery., as it is now known, is the former G. Heileman Brewing Co. that produced Old Style. The Six Pack is now LaCrosse Lager.

LaCrosse has more bars per capita than any city in the country.

Home to one of the best Oktoberfest celebrations in the country.

Girl most likely fell in the river and drowned.

I've heard that said before as well, but not finding a source that supports the claim.

It's no longer former, its the current place where it's brewed.

LA CROSSE, WI - August 7, 2023 - This November, Pabst Brewing Company is delighted to announce the triumphant return of Old Style beer production to its birthplace of La Crosse, Wisconsin after a 20 year hiatus. Old Style is currently brewed in Milwaukee, WI.

Towns up there on both sides of the river love their bars. Just random neighborhood bars spread around the city, not just grouped up downtown.

I'm aware. I'm from Green Bay.

Where in the south one intersection towns will have churches on one or two corners, in Wisconsin they'll both be taverns and the church will be down the road a bit on the way out of town. And there are single bars in the middle of nowhere all over the place. You'll wonder where the people come from to drink there but sure as shite the parking lot fills up.

La Crosse is the Florida man haven of the Midwest.

There are a lot of police arrest videos.

My dad’s advice to me about staying out late when I was young was that after Johnny Carson’s monologue, whatever happens usually isn’t as good.

Just fact checked myself...scrolled outside LaCrosse a bit to the town of Mindoro, which I've never been to or heard of before this.

Sure enough, the two "downtown" intersections" have bars Church just down the block.

There’s a town like that on the Minnesota side not far from there that when you drive over the hill and can see the town, there’s a little white church on the main drag.

But then you get to town and realize the little white church was turned into a bar 30 years ago. Didn’t even bother remodeling the outside.

Nothing like an olde fashioned to warm you up after ripping through the woods, I predict though that a lot of those snowmobiles will be traded in towards a SxS. How many snowmobile manufacturers are left now?

Found her 12 or so miles downstream.

From her last know location to the river through downtown there just have to be several videos to piece it all together.

Sad news. At least the family can now have closure.
