So they killed this dude for the dirtbike and dumped him back in the garden district?

I know his gf from some mutual friends. Really nice girl, so sad she and the rest of his family have to deal with this over a dirtbike.

feel like it would be so hard to hide a murder in a situation like this. They have a trail of evidence on facebook (names/IP addresses) and with his cell phone tower pings.

Same thing the Kayla Denham said before she got murdered in LP a few years ago. She also knew how sketchy it was once she got where she was going.

It sounds like they already have:

Won't take long I'd assume.

What a senseless tragedy over a fricking dirt bike.

Strange they would kill him in JP and then dump his body in the Garden District

I dont think they will release someone that murdered a guy and stole his car and dirtbike...these are capital murder kind of charges.

Here’s my theory:

They pay him in cash, he leaves and they follow him back to garden district. They try to rob him for the cash they paid him and he resists. They panic and shoot him, and take the car, the cash, etc.

That’s the only scenario that makes sense to me. It seems unlikely they would kill him in Jefferson and bring him back to orleans.

But these are grade A dumbasses we’re talking about so who knows.

Maybe they tried, in a very dumb way, to throw police off their scent.

But yeah, it's weird. I'm sure we'll find out everything soon.

the article states they believe he was killed in JP...thats why JP is the lead investigator on the case....

I to have mutual friends with he and his girlfriend...seems like good people

Either that or he took the cash and went to buy something else in the garden district and was shot and robbed. I don't think anyone would move a body from Harvey to the garden district.

No way, unless they are a minor.

This is a life sentence regardless of DA.

Yeah. The shitbird got to cruise around in a nice SUV with his boys for a night, and a working man was murdered.

Seems like if they think that it’s because it’s obvious. Cartridges/blood/etc found at a scene

ETA: they could also be trying to keep it out of the hands of Orleans Parish, NOPD, and their Soros DA

I ALWAYS tell them that the south louisiana criminal is a different breed, and the NOLA dindunuffins are the dumbest of the dumb
