It definitely sucks when you see a situation like this but.... without any context of why the DA refused the charge we have no idea if he was out of line. We have a high threshold for conviction and you have no clue what this side did or didn’t do during this other event

I don’t know what the answer is but it’s only going to get worse. Half of Baton Rouge and New Orleans has nothing to live for besides trying to live out some rap lyrics. Don’t care about their own kids why would they care about yours?

Is it because they lack the ability to realize, or because they know there is a very good shot they will get a minimum sentence, w/ 1/2 on parole, and can get back to living their lives in a few years.

And I believe it was stated he was shot in his vehicle. Even if he wouldve been armed or had back up he didnt even get a chance to access the situation. People as stupid and violent as the perp wouldve ended up killing somebody somewhere. The seller probably looked at the map, saw a police station near by..broad daylight, didnt think someone would just roll up on him and shoot him.

Just read about this story on the NY Post. Holy shite! How do you kill another human being over a couple grand. I just cannot fathom that. RIP to that young man.
