I just don't see anyway that she is actually in the Galleria and worried about her safety. There would be so many ways to alert someone even if the person was right there with her.
I will continue to hope it turns out she was found and for some reason has been staying off the grid on purpose rather than someone kidnapping or harming her.

I think you can turn that on/off for most apps now. It used to do it automatically, but not anymore.

I know everything we read likely isn’t all true but each hour something comes out to make the story even weirder
I know cell phone pinging isn’t an exact science but why the hell wouldn’t that info be one of the main things being reported? Even the fact that it’s ringing seems very noteworthy for people to know

It was posted by one of the mods who reports on recruiting and almost certainly knows her so I’m sure it’s true. Maybe law enforcement wants to control what is being put out there? I have no idea

Totally agree. The whole being in the galleria this afternoon makes everything way more confusing/complicated
I hope she was in fact seen because that makes the chances for a positive outcome a little more likely as opposed to not being heard from since late last night

My internal instinct is that something is not adding up with this guy. He reveals that she was in the Galleria area and that the police know this BUT he can't say any more (like how they know this) because of the sensitivity of the investigation.
Also, he stated that he's with the family and trying to help but doesn't have access to a phone charger when it is time for him to start answering some questions that could be helpful if known the answers too.
Or maybe he just wants us all to buy premium access to his 247sports site to get all of the details?

Is there anything tying her to being in the Galleria other than the purse? Or is there legitimate credibility to her being seen there and not a mistaken identity?

Yeah, which makes you think he knows she was actually caught on a surveillance camera or something.
It would make sense to me to make that public if true, but I don't know.

The Houston galleria has an Apple Store, and best buy mobile. I'm not certain best buy mobiles had iPads. And police is definitely looking into bank records.. so maybe she didn't buy. Maybe she was letting her mom know something is wrong.
And then the purse is found without a phone. And supposedly ringing still. This is odd as shite.

I'm seeing from that twitter account she was last seen on Saturday around 4:10pm CST. Then she never made it home after going to that practice.

If a purse was found, it would be a HUGE break in the story.
The Galleria closed today at 7PM CT. If the purse was found while it was still open in some random manner (i.e. abandoned in the parking lot). The police would have escalated to get the story out on the 10PM local news since time is so crucial and to put an alert out for her vehicle.
