The officers that did that did it with that intent. Let's play a game. Tell me another reason that a police station would place on it's tree these stereotypical black things and nothing else. It's overtly racist and it's not even hidden. You're a fricking idiot if you think they didn't intend it that way.

Let me ask you a question. Is it racist when I eat some Popeyes? Can a white person ever eat fried chicken? Since when are cheetos a black food? I seriously don't know what the hell you are babbling on about here. If I saw a tree decorated like this the first thing that would come to mind would be "looks like someone put a bunch of trash on this tree". You have to really be looking for something to get offended over if your first thought was "that's racyst". I pity some people. I don't know how someone like you makes it through a day.

back when I was in an office the black employees there would have though that tree was hilarious. That’s the real problem to me...it’s ok to laugh when something is funny

Those are very stereotypical poor black people foods.
If it was KFC, Bud Light, Marlboro, and Lay's Potato Chips, nobody would have said anything.
