Wealth is accumulated after you pay your house and cars off, kids get out the house, keep no credit card debt and earn more money annually because you are more valuable to the company you spent many years with....

You work in a neuro ICU? So you'd know that in health care job hopping is often much more profitable than staying in one place for a long arse time.
