Nice post, but according to the article, the rifles weren't "concealed."
Also, for what it's worth, the second amendment guarantees the right to bear arms, and that supercedes any state laws that forbid any form of carrying, concealed or otherwise.

The purpose of his post was to show that if you have a conceal carry license you have more rights then a citizen without the license. If you have a CCL you can open carry within 1000 feet of a school. Although I wouldn't encourage it.

IIRC he was active duty Air Force or Army for a while after we graduated.
