She was charge with felony assault over it as well.

It's pretty easy to see from the video the woman was terrified, so I think she walks. Not sure how the husband did anything that approached assault though.

There is no information in the video on what started the confrontation, but it is clear that she and her husband were trying to leave and were being prevented from doing so.

She was in fear for her life and her baby's life. She showed a good command of the weapon. Even with the gun pulled, she retreated and was not the aggressor.

She would have been wiser to stay in her car, with the pistol hidden but at the ready, started her own video documentation of what they were doing, and had her husband put it in reverse and back the car out slowly, not touching the gas pedal. The lady (term used loosely) in back of the car would have moved because she would not physically stop the car.

Now she has to deal with a shitshow in a racially charged climate. Hopefully, the legal system will be fair to her, but it will still be costly.
