That’s separate from life insurance in Mexico.

I wonder if her life insurance policy would still pay out?

Didn't want to pay my arse. He paid. He paid for them to kidnap and kill her. And now he collects on the insurance policy and can live with his side piece.

The husband should have seen this coming and headed it off at the pass.

I wonder how that would work with life insurance?? HMM..

Many in Mexico carry kidnapping insurance just like car insurance. Odd that she wouldn't have a policy is she was in fact a successful businesswoman.

Overheard at the crime scene:

Austin Powers: 'Not the time to lose one's head.'
Vanessa Kensington: 'No.'
Austin Powers: 'That's not the way to get ahead in life.'
Vanessa Kensington: 'No.'
Austin Powers: 'It's a shame she wasn't more headstrong.'
Vanessa Kensington: 'Hmm.'
Austin Powers: 'She'll never be the head of a major corporation.'
Vanessa Kensington: 'Okay, that'll do.'
Austin Powers: 'Okay.'

Wait, so he gets rid of his wife AND saves money?

If he had a sizeable life insurance policy on her, he hit the trifecta. Genius

Exactly. My guess is the husband was involved somehow. Wonder how much life insurance she had?
